Research Interests
Professor Schreiber's research is focused on prehistoric imperialism in Andean South America. In Peru she is completing a multi-year program of survey and excavation in the Nasca region of the south coast, looking at the development of large-scale irrigation systems, the evolution of the Nasca civilization, and Wari imperial conquest.
